Digital product policy
AI Explorers is a digital family learning kit. There is no physical item to ship.
Delivery
After Paystack confirms a successful payment, we show secure download links on the confirmation page and send the order information to the buyer's email address. Links expire and have a limited number of downloads to protect the paid content.
30-day parent-guidance guarantee
Complete at least the first three missions with your child. If the resource does not help your child understand AI, ask clearer questions and check important AI answers more confidently, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout, the Paystack reference and a short note about your experience. We will review and refund an eligible family purchase to the original payment method.
This guarantee covers the usefulness of the learning resource when used as directed. It does not promise identical learning results for every child, reimburse printing or data costs, or permit copying and distribution. Requests involving abuse, substantial redistribution or repeated refund misuse may be declined where permitted by law.
Family licence
Each purchase gives one household the right to use the Family Kit for personal, non-commercial learning. Please do not upload, resell, share, copy into public groups, or distribute the files outside that household.
Access issues and duplicate payments
If a secure link expires before you can download, a file is unavailable, or you believe you made a duplicate payment, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and your Paystack reference. We will investigate and help restore legitimate access.
Digital access is delivered immediately after payment verification. This policy does not limit rights that may apply under law.
