Short answer

Use TikTok Creative Center to study ad examples and trends before making your own videos. Note the opening, proof, offer and next step, then test a version that fits your actual customers. Do not copy someone else's creative or mistake views for orders.

What is TikTok Creative Center?

It is TikTok's free collection of creative resources. Its Creative Center guide explains where to find trend insights, ad inspiration and creative tools. The Top Ads section includes ads TikTok has identified as high-performing and allows filtering by available region, industry and objective. It is a research desk, not a machine that will produce your next customer.

Look at the right ads, not just the loudest ones

Choose your industry and business objective first. Use a Nigeria region filter if that view offers one. If it does not, look at a comparable market for creative ideas, but do not assume the same result will repeat here. A hair brand selling in Lagos has different delivery questions from a hair brand selling in London.

For each ad, write down: what happens in the opening seconds, when the actual product appears, what buyer doubt is answered, whether price or offer is clear and what the viewer is asked to do. TikTok's Top Ads tools let you inspect where engagement peaks. That helps you ask better creative questions; it does not reveal another company's full sales results.

Make your own test from what you learn

Say you sell wigs. A useful pattern might be a close view of the hairline followed by an installation demonstration. Make your own video with your real product, show what is included, state the price or useful range and explain delivery. Then test a second angle, perhaps how the wig looks after a day out. No need to borrow somebody else's script, face and bedroom as a package deal.

For a service brand, show the client problem, what your process actually involves and what a consultation leads to. The specific problem gets the right person to pause. Clear proof gives them a reason to continue. The offer tells them what to do next.

A trend is not automatically your campaign

Creative Center also shows trending hashtags by industry and time frame. Check the trendline, the videos behind it and whether your buyer would care before jumping in. A funny sound can get you a laugh. If your product has nothing to do with the joke, the buyer may laugh and keep scrolling. TikTok explains how to inspect hashtag trends.

Follow the customer after the view

Look at qualified chats, product-page visits, bookings and completed orders, not just likes. If your ad gets clicks but your WhatsApp reply arrives tomorrow, creative research was only half the work. If customers ask the same price question all day, put that answer in the video or on the destination page. Our TikTok Ads guide covers campaign setup and measurement; the TikTok-to-WhatsApp guide covers the handoff.

Let WTB do the research and the campaign

WTB can study your market, plan buyer-focused video angles, produce and test the ads, and connect interested viewers to a route that is easy to buy from. Tell us what you sell, who should buy it and where sales currently stall. We would rather fix the real bottleneck than congratulate you on a video with plenty of comments and no invoices.
