Delivery

Your chosen PDF is released only after Paystack verifies payment. A private download link appears after payment and is sent to the email used at checkout.

Refunds

Because access is delivered instantly, completed digital purchases are non-refundable after access, except where a payment was duplicated, delivery failed, or the supplied file is corrupt.

If your payment succeeds but your guide does not arrive, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and your Paystack reference. We will verify and resolve delivery.
